Exposure: south est.
Average age of vines: 10 years.
Cultivation: espalier at a density of 4000 plants per hectare.
Production: 7 T. grapes per hectare.
Grape Harvest: manual, in the first 10 days of September.
Vinification: destalked, vinification in red with traditional soft pressure of the skins and maceration at a controlled temperature of the skins and maceration at a controlled temperature of between 25 - 28° C. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, cold bottling and refining in the bottles for 4 months.
Notes: the colour is an intense  red.
The perfume recalls notes of blueberries and blackberries. The taste is full and velvet.We propose to taste it with medium seasoned cheese,grilled steak.
