Producer: FazioWinery and vineyard in Erice. Area of production: in the company’s own vineyards in Erice.  Altitude: 250/300 mt. above sea level.  Density: 4.000 plants per ha. Grapes: blend of native grapes Production technique: harvesting in boxes of only healthy grapes, destalked, vinification in white with  brief maceration at a controlled temperature. Cold bottling and aging in bottle for 3 months. Type of wine: rosè. Denominazione di origine controllata  Sicilia. Colour: bright rosé with hints of coral Perfume: delicate with notes of strawberry and raspberry notes mature Taste: fresh, persistent, fruity.                          Capacity of the bottle:  75 cl. Alcoholic content: 12% Vol. Best served at: 9° C. Accompanies: Ideal as an aperitif but great with fish soups, grilled vegetables, white meats, grilled fish.
